Also included are two short stories that led up to the original novel. King has added an introduction to this novel. A veryyyyyyyyyyy nice copy of a book that is getting harder and harder to find everyday..

A square solid tight clean un-read as new copy. This copy includes the ticket for a Stephen King speaking event held in the North Dallas area on 11-11-11 and several rather amateurish photos from the event taken by me. The ticket was one of 2000 purchased in advance while the book was picked up at the speaking event. This was not a pure signing event. King actually signed only 250 books which were mixed with another 1750 books and handed out randomly when the event ended. This book has been signed only. This copy has been signed on the title page which is actually bound into the book. The main thing that distinguishes this copy and a " signed limited ", in addition to the above is that the author actually touched this book. In the case of a " signed limited " all he touched was the limitation page which normally is tipped into the actual book at a later date.

A square solid tight clean un-read un-opened copy. This copy has an un-used bookplate tipped to the back side of the front board else fine. An early bookclub in the small book format as originally released, not the larger size that is now published. The jacket has some light rubbing wear, very minor edgewear, browning at extremities. Very nice copy. If you didn't already know, the basis for the Sissy Spacek and John Travolta movie, one of the better adaptations of a King book. Directed by Brian DePalma. This copy has been inscribed and signed by King.

This is a square solid tight over-all clean copy that may have been read once carefully. There is a notary type blind stamp that has been applied to the FFEP. This copy has a small 1/8" light stain to the top pagedges. The gold lettering on the spine shows some rubbing wear. The bottom pagedges have been exposed to moisture. There is a light stain the width of the text block that extends out from the spine 1" prox. The stain has invaded the bottom page border no more then a 1/4" for the first 50 pages. The stain DOES NOTextend up as far as the text. The jacket has seen better days. There is some moderate rubbing wear to the front panel. There are three short closed tears,one to the leading edge of the front pastedown, one on the top edge of the rear panel and one at the bottom of the fold of the rear pastedown. The jacket has some edgewear. The spine and back panel are foxing. There is a scar where something was taken off the rear panel, toward the bottom edge,possibly a price tag. The moisture mentioned above has resulted in a stain along the bottom edge of the rear panel and on the lower 25% of the spine area. If you need any more information give me a call.
